I don't want to say that yoga in Bali is expensive, but it's not as cheap as you'd expect. A drop-in class costs around 150k IDR or $10 USD, and an unlimited pass can set you back as much as $160. Ouch!

Yoga has value and it's deserving of the almighty dollar, but free classes are a fantastic option if you'd like to try a studio for the first time or if you're on a budget.

It's easy to find free yoga in the United States. Athletic apparel stores like Lululemon offer free yoga every Sunday. Most studios offer 1 week free for new students. Heck, there's even free yoga in the park. Here in Canggu, you have to work a little harder, which is why I created this guide.
